What's the Consultation?

During this free consultation we answer any questions you may have about our services, as well as inquiries about home birth in general. We outline our entire process and what care with our team will look like for you. This visit is geared towards helping you decide if home birth with us is the right choice for you, and to verify that we are a good fit overall, in order for the trust and confidence to grow during the pregnancy care. Please schedule here.

Who will be my Midwife?

A core midwifery value is continuity of care. We strive to provide this to each and every one of our clients in the following manner: we attend the free consultation together, rotate prenatal and postpartum appointments so that we can each develop a relationship with you & your family, attend the 36 week home visit together, and we guarantee that one of us will be with you during labor and birth. We strive to schedule our lives around due dates so that we can both be at births together. If one of us cannot attend the birth we make sure to have a well trained birth assistant or another midwife at our side. Learn more about Jessica and Rosa here

We hold a strong commitment to the elimination of discrimination based on race and ethnicity, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, size or weight, physical ability, mental health experiences, religion and spirituality, etc. We are continuously educating and evaluating ourselves and our practices to create a positive atmosphere of inclusivity, celebration, and growth. We firmly believe all people deserve to not only be accepted for who they are but to have their diversity celebrated. While we strive to create this environment in our care, we encourage clients to bring up their questions or concerns with us so we can make everyone feel seen and empowered.
